Residential Check-out Reports

A check-out inspection is carried out when a tenancy ends, comparing the property’s current condition to the original inventory and check-in report.

We record all differences, identify any damages, and note cleanliness throughout. Meter readings are taken, and photographs of all damages and cleaning issues are included.

A detailed report is then emailed within 24 hours, giving you a clean and impartial record of how the property has been left.

Mid-term and Tenancy Change-over Reports
