Pure Inventories is a long-established inventory service provider with over 15 years of experience in the letting industry. We’re more than just a name. We are experienced and professional in all that we do and our mission is to provide detailed reports and exceptional service. We are dedicated to serving our clients with integrity, innovation, and a personal touch.

What we do

We provide detailed property reports to estate agents and private landlords. Our vision is to provide excellent reports for our clients and stand as the foremost provider of inventory services, consistently delivering exceptional services.

Our founder

Our founder Sarah Vincent has a long background in residential lettings and for the last 15 years has been working as an independent senior property inspector. Originally starting her career as a lettings negotiator in busy London estate agents, she quickly rose through the ranks and became involved in property management. In 2008 after the introduction of the TDS scheme, Sarah decided to start up on her own trading as Pure Inventories and working for several agents throughout London. In 2014 Sarah made the move from London to Sussex and has been working here ever since. Sarah says
