Our founder

Sarah Vincent, founder of Pure Inventories, has an extensive background in residential lettings and property inspections.

Starting her career as a lettings negotiator in busy London estate agencies, Sarah quickly progressed into property management before establishing Pure Inventories in 2008. With the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), Pure Inventories was born. Sarah successfully built a loyal and strong client base across South West London, providing inventory services and working with both high-end properties and general lettings for several years.

In 2014, Sarah relocated to West Sussex, where she has continued to build a trusted reputation for thorough, reliable, and professional inventory reports across Sussex and the South Coast.
